Tematem przewodnim wizyty by\u0142o \u201eZarz\u0105dzanie w Warsztatach Terapii Zaj\u0119ciowej i Zak\u0142adach Aktywno\u015bci Zawodowej w praktyce w wojew\u00f3dztwie pomorskim\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pierwszego dnia wizyty odwiedzono Warsztat Terapii Zaj\u0119ciowej PSONI w Gda\u0144sku oraz Zak\u0142ad Aktywno\u015bci Zawodowej \u201ePod dobrym anio\u0142em&#8221; w Sztumie. Warsztat Terapii Zaj\u0119ciowej PSONI w Gda\u0144sku przeznaczony jest dla os\u00f3b z niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bci\u0105 intelektualn\u0105, w stosunku do kt\u00f3rych orzeczono niezdolno\u015b\u0107 do pracy, a kt\u00f3re kwalifikuj\u0105 si\u0119 do rehabilitacji w formie terapii zaj\u0119ciowej. WTZ oferuje pedagogiczno \u2013 terapeutyczn\u0105 propozycj\u0119 pracy, wsparcia, aktywno\u015bci oraz systematyczne w\u0142\u0105czanie uczestnik\u00f3w w \u017cycie spo\u0142eczne. Program Warsztatu umo\u017cliwia swoim beneficjentom aktywno\u015b\u0107 w r\u00f3\u017cnego rodzaju pracowniach, np.: papieru czerpanego i ma\u0142ej poligrafii, plastycznej, krawieckiej i wyrobu \u015bwiec, stolarskiej i r\u00f3\u017cnorodnych zaj\u0119ciach kreatywnych takich jak: muzykowanie, r\u00f3\u017cnorodne formy aktywno\u015bci ruchowej.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kolejnym miejscem odwiedzanym przez uczestnik\u00f3w wizyty by\u0142 Zak\u0142ad Aktywno\u015bci Zawodowej &#8222;Pod dobrym anio\u0142em&#8221; w Sztumie. Zosta\u0142 on stworzony jako pierwszy w wojew\u00f3dztwie pomorskim w celu zatrudnienia os\u00f3b niepe\u0142nosprawnych, wobec kt\u00f3rych orzeczono znaczny i umiarkowany stopie\u0144 niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bci. Zak\u0142ad zatrudnia osoby niepe\u0142nosprawne w trzech dzia\u0142ach produkcji: stolarnia, szwalnia, papiernia oraz \u015bwiadczy kompleksow\u0105 organizacj\u0119 przyj\u0119\u0107 okoliczno\u015bciowych. Jej celem jest aktywizacja os\u00f3b bezrobotnych oraz wsparcie niepe\u0142nosprawnych.
